Misael NavarreteProject Engineer
Misael joined NCDMM as a Project Engineer in 2025 and is responsible for furthering initiatives through strategic project planning and execution, developing customer relationships, and procuring business opportunities.
Misael brings over a decade of experience in electrical engineering, research, leadership, and business administration. Before his role at NCDMM, he served as the Research Manager at The Aerospace Center at the University of Texas at El Paso. He was promoted to Associate Director overseeing the Integrated Digital Engineering Environment where he led digital transformation and advanced cloud architecture research, significantly enhancing the Aerospace Center’s digital twin initiative and integrating various software platforms.
He currently serves as a board member for the Rio Grande Cancer Foundation, where he supports its communal outreach efforts through fundraising and advocacy.
Misael earned a bachelor’s and master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso.
